Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative with Grand Openings, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and creating lasting relationships with clients. You’ll be the face of the company, directly interacting with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to excellence. With a focus on offering tailored solutions, you’ll leverage your expertise and smart judgment to match the best products to each client’s unique needs, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish new business and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Travel to client locations to attend meetings and ensure projects are progressing smoothly.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player under the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Review blueprints and communicate project direction effectively.
  • Assist clients by keeping tight schedules and ensuring projects stay within budget.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Demonstrable building material experience.
  • A true team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously over extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the luxury window and door/fenestration business.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle for travel and client meetings.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Job Description

We are seeking a professional delivery driver who can also double as a window and door repair/replacement technician. Due to growth, we are seeking to expand our service offerings to customers in and around the Dallas & Tyler, TX area.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unload windows/doors as delivery trucks arrive from our manufacturers
  • Load and transport windows/doors using company-provided trucks and trailers
  • Safely deliver products to job sites as required
  • Perform warranty and non-warranty service for all product lines we distribute. Training is provided but experience is a plus.
  • Conduct post-installation inspections and make necessary repairs and adjustments
  • Provide proper and detailed documentation, verbal or written on work performed with salespeople, customers, and co-workers.
  • Help maintain company assets such as vehicles, tools, and technology equipment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to operate a flat-bed truck and pull large gooseneck and bumper-pull trailers
  • Above average technical aptitude.
  • Computer skills for entering information and emailing
  • Able to pick up and move heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a mandatory drug test
  • Must reside in the Dallas area and have own transportation to and from work
  • Must be comfortable handling and working with tools
  • Must be willing and able to use ladders, scaffolding and lifts as required to perform installations and service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable organizational skills
  • Please have initiative, be a self-starter and commit to being a team player
  • Bi-lingual capability (i.e., English/Spanish) a plus
